Tourist Site - Elevator installation work on 40/60 condominium buildings has been completed and services have begun to be provided to the community.

According to the Head of the Housing Development and Management Bureau, Ms. Giorgis, during the field observation, the main issue in the construction of condominiums has been the lack of elevator installation work in 40/60 condominium buildings, which has been a frequent good governance issue by the community. The city administration has been committed to solving the community's good governance issue and has started the elevator installation work in all sites with great attention. He added that elevator installation work has been completed in eleven (2B+G+18) 40/60 condominium buildings in the Tourist Site and has started providing services to the community.

The Corporation’s Director General, Engineer Ayele Kefele, said that the city administration’s attention to answering the community’s questions is being paid to completing the sites where the installation work has begun within the scheduled time, and added that the sites where the lift installation has been completed should play their part by using the lift properly and maintaining its safety.
