The Housing Development and Administration Bureau is providing one-stop service to its users on Wednesday, 17/07/17, A.D. on Service Day.

The one-stop service is being provided to reduce the number of calls made by users from one office to another and to resolve a single issue in one place, and it helps in responding to relevant user inquiries and complaints in a shorter time.

Honorable Kidist Woldegiorgis, Head of the Housing Development and Administration Bureau; Ato Muluneh Feyisa, Head of the Bureau’s Administrative Sector and the relevant directors are jointly providing the one-stop service.
